Bill: Gambling Debt No Defense For Violent Crime (KHBS – KHOG Fort Smith – Fayetteville)

Recovering a gambling debt or loss wouldn’t be usable as a defense to a charge of committing a violent crime under a measure proposed by an Arkansas lawmaker.
